We meet year round on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays from 1:30-3:30 pm at the St. George Senior Citizen Center 245 N 200 West. Short poetry lesson on 1st Tuesday; bring 10 copies of 1-2 poems to be critiqued each time. More details on dixiepoets.blogspot.com
‍Yearly activities include a Youth Poetry Contest for students in Washington County School District area, organizing the annual UTSPS Poetry in the Park workshop the first Friday in March at Zion Park, Poetry readings for the St. George Public Library, St. George Art Museum and other occasions. We are a fun, friendly creative group of poets. All welcome to join us.
